BIRTHFIT is a movement. It’s about expecting and postpartum moms taking charge of their bodies and their decisions, and supporting one another’s journeys—together and apart.
BIRTHFIT is an approach to birth. We challenge the status quo and ask the questions no one else asks. We read, research, experiment & consolidate all the common sense, time-honored wisdom & recent studies we can find and present that information to you through various education models. How is BIRTHFIT different from everyone else?
Well we are different because all of our breathing and functional movements are based off of the research done on Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) by the Prague School of Rehabilitation. While our goal is to get you moving and connecting with your baby and body, all of the movements done are done based off of research and understanding the female body to optimize both safety and effectiveness. You deserve more than just your body back…you deserve to be strong & stable again!
